Our Standard Cummins marine generator set, composed of a Cummins engine,  Stamford technologies brushless alternator and integrated control module, power for 20kW to 1000kW, marine generator with outstanding features of high efficiency, low vibration, and low fuel consumption. 

Specifications:

1. Marine Generating Set having a continuous rated “Prime” power output, 3 phase, at 0.8PF, with a capability for 10% overload in accordance with ISO8528 standard

2. Powered by a Cummins Engine with heat exchanger auxiliary and rated for continuous operation in accordance with ISO 3046.

3. Heat exchanger cooling complete with cupro-nickel tube bundle, with fresh and sea water pumps. Water-cooled exhaust manifold with dry outlet and exhaust connection/elbow and flanged flexible bellows section.

4. Integrated control module. Real-time monitoring of oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine speed, lubricating oil, coolant temperature, etc. The Control panel includes stop/start key switch, indicator for fault and power on, and an emergency stop bottom. Provision for connection of remote control panel.

5. Rubricating oil cooler pump and sump drain pump

6. Marine Standard AC Alternator, rated to ISO standard, Ventilated drip-proof enclosure with IP23 protection. The alternator is self-regulating and self excited and is complete with terminal box and automatic voltage regulator

Options and Accessories

1. 24 Volt Lead-acid battery (2 blocks) with links and battery cables mounted in tray on base plate.
